Employers branding – Better recruitment in 2017
This talk aims the understanding of the issues and the importance of the employer branding for a company’s longevity. At the crossroads of marketing, communication and human resources, the employer’s brand or employer branding has the elementary role of promoting the image and reputation of the business. Though some examples, we will see that start-ups, SME and multinationals are all concerned by this problematic intimately linked to the general image of the company.
