“From connected houses to smartwatches, what Internet of Things teach us about User Experience.”

Internet of Things and smart watches are all the rage thoses days. Especially since the launch of Apple Watch last Summer. But adding a WiFi chip to a dumb device does not always make it smart. Let alone useful. In this talk, we’ll learn from the failures and successes of the past, and ultimately define what it takes to design better product and services experiences.
